  • The item is in resalable condition (no stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use such as stretched fabric, faded prints, or broken zippers).

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be granted for:
  • Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page, including promotional or clearance items).
  • Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., machine-drying a cotton long sleeve, ironing printed tees at high heat).
  • Items returned without valid proof of purchase (order number) or incomplete/incorrect identity verification.

Refund Process

  2. Verify & Approve: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided by support, using a trackable shipping service. Retain the tracking number—we are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.
  4. Process the Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (processing times may vary by bank).

Additional Refund Rules

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs (standard or expedited) are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong size shipped, defective product).
  • Import Duties/Taxes: For international orders (e.g., Canada), any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by local authorities are non-refundable—these charges are imposed by third parties and not collected by our brand.
